Christie's Base facility is a proposed 17,500 square foot building for Steamboat Springs Ski Corp. It includes ski patrol, ticket sales, a restaurant, retail and storage lockers. The building design utilized post and beam construction and a glue-lam trussed roof.

Rendezvous Saddle restaurant is a mid-mountain ski lodge, built at an altitude of 9,800 feet was designed for heavy skier traffic and severe snow conditions.
